Mediareach has won the media planning and buying for Typhoo Tea- one of Britain’s most iconic tea brands – in a competitive pitch, delivering what CEO Keith Packer calls a strategy that “has delivered our brand strategy perfectly.

The winning idea came from a strategic initiative with Channel 5. Taking advantage of a recent broadcast ruling that allows TV spots to run around content featuring the same brand ambassador or artist, Mediareach identified Channel 5’s new series ‘Ben Fogle – New Lives in the Wild’ as the perfect launchpad for Typhoo’s new advert.
That Channel 5 launch was closely followed by a full media plan featuring 28 major TV channels including the Sky network, ITV2 and Daybreak, E4, and Film4, ensuring national scale while hitting Typhoo’s core audience.
Mediareach’s initiatives and media spot planning approach has delivered our brand strategy perfectly, hitting our target audience with the new advertising execution.
