We started where others weren't looking: inside communities, working with diaspora media, building relationships with the Black, Asian, South Asian, Arab and other ethnic minority communities that most brands hadn't yet learned to value. Those communities are now the most dynamic consumer audiences in the UK. And we never left. Our globally diverse team brings lived experience from across South Asian, Black British, Arab, African, Eastern European and other communities. We don't hire diversity. We are diverse, and that difference shows in every brief we answer, every idea we make and every campaign we deliver.
