NHS ⎯ South East London Vaccine Hesitancy
A Multichannel Push That Shifted Vaccine Confidence
Government & Public Sector
Brief
NHS South East London needed to overcome vaccine hesitancy among African diaspora communities across six boroughs during one of the most critical phases of the pandemic. The challenge wasn’t just awareness; it was building trust.
Strategy
We created a 15-week, hyper-local, culturally grounded campaign using real residents as the face of the message, making the information feel authentic and community-owned.
A fully integrated mix of high-impact OOH, geo-targeted display, Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat, Google Search, Spotify, local press, and a bespoke partnership with Colourful Radio (featuring NHS experts, DJ reads and interviews) ensured visibility across every touchpoint where people live, travel and engage.

Results
The result was a trusted, behaviour-shifting campaign that made accurate vaccine information accessible, relatable and impossible to miss across South East London.
