Xoom ⎯ Lightning Fast Transfers, Reinvented
Reimagining Global
Money Movement
Tech & Digital services
Brief
Xoom set out to enter one of the most competitive remittance categories, where standing out required more than noise; it demanded a culturally relevant idea that captured speed, trust, and connection for diaspora communities across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Strategy
We brought this to life through global icon Usain Bolt, transforming his universal association with speed into a platform that immediately communicated Xoom’s promise of fast, reliable transfers. Using our proprietary multicultural segmentation tools, we identified key diaspora clusters and tailored messaging to their behaviours, motivations, and cultural nuances.
This formed the backbone of a high-impact, multi-market launch across TV, OOH, radio, press, community media, and targeted digital, ensuring every audience saw communication that felt familiar, relevant, and performance-driven.

Results
The result was a bold, culturally intelligent introduction that positioned Xoom as the new benchmark for modern money movement, cutting through a crowded category with clarity and creative strength.
